Review of Theobroma Cyber Hub Gurugram (Gurgaon)
My friends and I are foodies; we keep visiting many restaurants and pubs in Gurugram (Gurgaon). I have a sweet tooth, and I enjoy baked goodies. So I am always on the lookout for the best bakeries in Gurugram (Gurgaon).
I, along with my friends, have visited the Theobroma Cyber hub outlet at least five times.
Location: Ease of access and surroundings
This particular cafe is located in Cyber Hub, Cybercity Gurugram (Gurgaon). There is ample parking space in Cyber Hub so parking is no hassle.
We reached there at 4.30 pm. After taking a walk in the Cyber Hub, we finally descended into the cafe. It is conveniently located so I am sure you won’t miss this pastel green coloured cafe in Cyber Hub.
Ambience: Look and feel of the place
The cafe is painted pastel green and has big glass windows. So anyone walking in Cyber Hub can easily see the delicious delicacies at the display.
If you have a sweet tooth, then their colourful assortments will most definitely lure you to have a peek inside. The pastel green colour and the beautiful font of the display text gives you a traditional Parsi cafe feel.
There are no sitting arrangements inside the cafe. It has space for display counters and 10-15 people approx. The display counters showcase their different types of cakes, pastries, cookies, etc.
There are always people inside the cafe. Some are standing in the queue to pay for their order, and others are trying to choose what their order should be.
There are tables and chairs arranged outside to sit and eat. So once you have chosen, placed and paid for your order, you can wait outside. Once it’s ready, you can take it and eat out. The outside ambience of Cyber Hub is pretty cool.
Service: Staff and their service
The staff behind the counter was accommodating and knowledgeable. Any questions that we had about the delicacies were promptly answered. The person who was answering our questions always had a smile on his face. He explained in detail and also gave us samples to taste.
My kudos to their staff. They have been friendly to me in all my outings.
Menu: Variety in the menu and type of dishes
We ordered the following:
- Two chicken BLT, one Croque monsieur and one barbequed chicken sandwich
- Two french fries
- One red velvet and one opium pastry
- One almond tea cake
- One banoffee high pie
- One tea, one cappuccino and two hot chocolate (House special)
W enjoyed our meal and also liked the varieties that their menu offers.
Theobroma bakery also has biscuits, cookies, brownies, croissants, cakes and crackers. I particularly enjoy their Pure Butter Palmiers.
Hot and cold beverages are also available. Pastries, cakes, cupcakes and desserts are delicious.

Cost: Pricing and value for money
A meal for two would cost you between ₹ 700 and ₹ 900, depending on what you order.
A 1/2 Kg cake would cost you around ₹ 500, and 1 Kg cake would cost ₹ 900 approx. Other items are primarily between ₹ 100 to ₹ 200. Check their menus for the latest pricing.
In conclusion, pricing is on the higher side, but the taste and quality of the delicacies make up for it.
Taste: Overall taste and quality of the food item
All the food items were delicious. I loved my barbeque sandwich. It had the right amount of meat-to-veggie ratio. Crunchy french fries went great with it.
The red velvet pastry was to-die-for. It was fresh and chilled to the correct temperature. The texture and softness of the pastry were terrific.
The hot chocolate also tasted good but it was not hot enough. All the hot drinks could have been hotter as well.
My friends and I enjoyed the meal. The taste has been consistently good in all my outings.
The owners and management control all outlets of Theobroma, and they do not do any franchise. This way, they can control the quality and standard of their products.
