My review of Binge Bakery DLF Phase 1 Gurugram (Gurgaon)

I have a wandering mind when it comes to ordering food. With my fleeting choices, I often end up experimenting.

Binge Bakery, in this regard, has never disappointed me. I have never been dissatisfied because of their versatile menu and the options that they provide.

True to its name, you might end up Binge-eating their delicious delights and still end up wanting more.

The rustic wooden decor and the aesthetically pleasing walls are perfectly paired with the aroma of fresh-baked bread. The ambience would make you want to linger a little longer each time.

There is enough space to accommodate twelve people. This neighbourhood bakery has managed to make a name for delivering dessert treats.

They are also acing the savoury section from cheese straws and chicken lasagne to chicken sandwiches and pasta. The pricing is also quite inexpensive and goes easy on your pocket.

Location: Ease of access and surroundings

There are many outlets of Binge Bakery. One of their most popular outlets is located in DLF City Phase 1 Gurugram (Gurgaon). It is a must-visit bakery that is right next to Barista at the DLF Qutub Plaza Market.

The bakery has an all-glass exterior with a flashy red ‘Binge’ written over wooden planks, making it easy to locate.

You can check out a list of all the Binge bakery outlets in Gurugram (Gurgaon).

Ambience: Look and feel of the place

Our Rating:

The Bakery reflects warmth through its wooden interiors. The walls are adorned with delicate paintings and also framed photos. The lamps and mood lighting make the cosy interior even more aesthetically pleasing.

This quiet little cafe is an excellent place to visit with a friend and talk at length about life. Be it romantic dates, family outings, a celebration with friends, or some solitary musings over desserts, Binge Bakery’s vibe will mesmerise you on every visit.

Service: Staff and their service

Our Rating:

The staff at Binge Bakery is warm and welcoming. They try their best to solve any food-related query, and their recommendations are also worth a try.

Binge Bakery offers an appreciable service, keeping hygiene as their prime concern. The bakery is also well sanitised with rider handwash and daily temperature checks, which is very important during Covid-19.

Overall you will have a satisfying experience with the staff and their service.

Our Rating:

Binge Bakery is famous for its sweet delights. But their entire menu is worth giving a try. With a healthy and versatile range of items, the bakery will always leave you wanting more.

From beverages to salads and sandwiches to baked goods, their menu is varied. Please do not leave out the Tiramisu and also the Red velvet; they are the proclaimed delights of Binge Bakery. Tiramisu served here is out of this world, definitely worth the calories.

Cheesecakes are another praiseworthy mention of Binge Bakery. With a mousse-like consistency on the outside and delicate, sponginess on the inside. They are mouth-watering.

The star of the show is their signature soft truffle cakes. If you are looking for healthier options, you can try their exotic salads. They beam with freshness. Both veg and non-veg salads are available.

The Almond biscotti served at Binge Bakery is addictive! It is highly recommended if you enjoy biscuits and cookies.

Some other recommended dishes are chicken lasagne, chilli chicken croissant, and chicken sandwiches. Also, the Quiches, calzones, and sandwiches are worth checking out.

Overall the menu and dishes are commendable, with reasonable prices. Sugar-free options are also available.

Cost: Pricing and value for money

Our Rating:

A complete meal for two usually ends up costing around ₹ 600/- excluding taxes. If you are only going for drinks and dessert, the average would be less and easy on the purse.

The prices are justifiable based on the quality and service that they deliver.

The cakes are available in ½ and 1 kg options. The ½ kg ones cost around ₹ 500/- on average, while the 1 kg ones are about ₹ 950/-. Eggless options are also available.

In conclusion, I would like to say that the prices are on the reasonable side and worth the value.

Taste: Overall taste and quality of the food item

Our Rating:

You can’t get enough of their truffles cakes, cheesecakes, and chocolate mud slices. Their pastries are really noteworthy. I would also recommend the Tiramisu along with the red velvet cake.

Their custom designer cakes are also creative and interesting. The taste is not at all compromised while bringing the cake of your imagination to life.

The Bakery is known for giving magical flavour to classic desserts, transforming them into something extraordinary.

They have decent quick bites like sandwiches, pastas and burgers. However they are not as memorable as the sweet treats.

Conclusion and recommendation

Binge Bakery is one of the finest and most popular bakeries in Gurugram (Gurgaon).

The whole ambience and vibe that this place provides lingers on you and are worth your time and money.

I would recommend stopping by if you are in the area. Trust me; your taste buds will thank you for it!

  • Aesthetic wooden decor and ambience.
  • The quiet and serene vibe.
  • Versatile choices are available.

What can be improved?
