My visit to INOX Sapphire Ninety was a very pleasant experience. It’s located in Sapphire Ninety Mall which makes it the closest movie theatre near me.
On my first visit, I was more interested in checking out the multiplex.
Ambience
The interior is beautifully done. I also found the lobby/waiting area to be very spacious. With artistically placed lighting and orange seating, it looks very impressive.
The washrooms are available for male, female and handicapped persons. They are clean and well maintained. The air fresheners in the bathrooms make it a good experience.

Snacking options
Snacks were fresh and popcorns were hot. Being the first day, there was not much crowd. But given the size of the counter, I assume 5+ queues can easily be accommodated.
In-seat delivery was also available.
Dedicated Chaat and Momo counter are also available. Fast bites section with a small table is also available.
Seating
The leg space for a recliner is great but I found for normal seats, a little more leg space could be provided.
The seats were comfortable. The high back seats have good neck support and cup holders. All screens have different coloured seats.
Recliners had a small seat table also available.
Seat numbers were well lit. They could be easily seen in the dark which is very helpful.
Screen and Sound
The screens are of good quality for its price segment. If you try and compare to higher price segment cinemas/movie theatre then you might feel disappointed.
The sound quality is also good for its price segment. It doesn’t have the Dolby Atmos. But the background score and dialogues were audible.
For the multiplexes of this price segment, I found the screen and sound quality good enough.
Final rating
The staff was very polite and the Manager is available for any help. He even greeted the guests and made them feel welcome.

Overall
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the multiplex tickets are costing less. This is a good opportunity for you to enjoy your favourites movies in the movie theatre.
Wear a mask and take all necessary precautions. Always follow the Government provided guidelines.
